3. SELF SUSTAINING GROWTH TOWN
3.1 PORTARLINGTON
It is an objective of the Council to make Local Area Plan for Portarlington in association with Offaly County Council. During the Transition period between adoption of this County Development Plan and the adoption of the Local Area Plan for Portarlington, the objectives, policies and standards in this County Development Plan shall apply. In this regard a zoning map has not been included at this stage of the process.
