The National Ploughing Championships are set to return this year to the central and scenic location of Ratheniska, Co Laois from September 17th to 19th for the third year in a row. Laois County Council are providing a marquee for local business, food, craft, service providers, community and voluntary groups to exhibit at Europe’s largest outdoor event.

Terms and conditions:
- Applicants/businesses must be located in County Laois;
- A contribution of €250 is payable to Laois County Council toward the cost of the provision of the marquee and services;
- Marquee will be open from 8am to 6pm over 3 days – no exhibition space to be left unattended during these times;
- The details provided by you will be shared with the National Ploughing Association;
- Confirmation that public liability insurance cover €2.6 million and employers liability insurance €13 million can be provided when requested to indemnify the National Ploughing Association;
- Agree to abide by the Exhibition Terms and Conditions as provided by the National Ploughing Association;
- Laois County Council reserves the right to publish photographs of exhibitors/exhibition spaces and use images for future promotion;
- Laois County Council reserves the right to remove an exhibitor from the marquee in the event that the exhibitor is in breach of any of the above terms and conditions and reserves the right to object to anything in any way associated with an exhibition space, which, it is not deemed appropriate, suitable or benefitting the appearance/ethos of the marquee provided. The exhibitor shall immediately comply with any requests made by Laois County Council staff in this regard.
- Please be aware that submitting this Expression of Interest (EOI) form does not guarantee an exhibition space. This is an initial step to gauge interest and suitability for the event. Upon receipt of your Expression of Interest, your application will be reviewed, confirmation of your inclusion or otherwise will be notified by email.
