We request that the draft Development Plan be updated with an extension of the settlement boundary to include the site with the specific objective that it will provide for serviced sites.

It is asked that serviced site clusters be permitted in principle in Rural Settlements and that any houses permitted in Rural Settlements are not restricted to those who comply with rural housing policy.
