Fort Protector Outdoor Performance & Event Space

 

Plans, particulars and indicative images of the proposed development are available for viewing on Laois County Council’s online consultation portal at https://consult.laois.ie from 9th March 2022 to 21st April 2022 inclusive. 

 

Plans and particulars are also available for inspection by appointment only at the offices of Laois County Council, Áras an Chontae, JFL Avenue, Portlaoise from 9th March 2022 to 5th April 2022 inclusive.  Appointments must be arranged in advance by emailing roadsadmin@laoiscoco.ie or by contacting 057 8664000.

 

A copy of the Public Notice published in the Leinster Express dated the 8th March 2022 is contained in Appendix 6.

 

A copy of the Site Notice erected on site on the 9th of March is contained in Appendix 7 to this Explanatory Booklet.

 

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and the sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made online at https://consult.laois.ie 5.00 p.m. on 21st April, 2022.
